This is the running release version compiled on Jan 22, 2011.
If you do not have Visual Studio 2008, you will probably need to download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package and install it.

Unfortunately, at this time, there is no release for other Operating Systems. The source code is provided below, however, so if you want you can compile it under an OS of your choice

The above file includes the project set up for VS2008, since it's what I work on, so you'll either have to have Visual Studio 2008, or convert it so that it works in your compiler.
